Pacy & Wheatley Group
Pacy & WheatleyGroup Performance
I am pleased report another successful year for the Pacy and Wheatley Group, which all Coronavirus issues considered, I think is an extraordinary achievement.
Company revenues decreased by 33.4%.
Pre-Tax Profit £792,046
Balance Sheet Cash £3,543,021
I am pleased to announce going into 2022 we already had orders that will take us comfortably into 2023, that said we have a very stable pipeline that indicates further growth this year.
We continue to see in daily news unmistakeable evidence of significant material costs price increases and even shortages, this is challenging both project profitability and construction efficiency, however, our team together with our supply chain member are working together with positive results managing this issue.
Again, I remain confident that HM Government Capital Infrastructure Investment Projects and Hospitals, Care-homes, Schools etc will create new opportunities for our group.
Finally, thank you to our incredible team and our supply chain, many who have been associated with the company for many years; without their loyalty and collective skill and experience; our success would not be possible.
