In addition to the bank and public holidays our employees receive 25 days holiday allowance. We also operate long service awards, after 5 years’ service an additional day’s holiday is given, and then every 2 years thereafter, up to a maximum of 5 extra days.

Requirements

  • Years of relevant experience – 5+ years
  • Operators qualifications for excavator (up to 10 tonne minimum) & dumper. (PASMA, IPAF & roadworks preferred but not essential)
  • You must be able and available to work away from home if required
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record and be able to provide sound references and a clear CV detailing capabilities
  • CSCS card
  • You will be part of a small but growing team, working with our groundworks supervisor to help deliver various quality projects nationwide
  • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude is essential
